Soup Recipes for Kids (and Babies)
Soup is fantastic for getting kids to eat more vegetables and is a great way to serve veggies, that have previously been rejected, in a different format.
Adding fruit to soup may sound strange but a little bit of sweetness can really win over some fussier children and can complement the flavours of the soup (carrot and orange, butternut squash and apple).
To make soup extra appealing to children, why not try adding toppings (croutons, crackers, tortilla strips, cream swirls, cheese etc).
Soup is great for making in advance as it refrigerates and freezes well. Re-heating is a breeze making mealtimes easier.
